DELIVERY AND EXCHANGES

Please allow 1-3 business days to prepare your order for shipment. We ship all of our products via Canada Post Express Post. The timeframe ranges from 4-7 business days, depending on your location. We ship from our facility in Ottawa, ON, Canada. 

We offer free shipping for all orders over $100. The FREE SHIPPING is  applied automatically at checkout.

For all of our international clients, each shipment goes through your domestic customs office. The parcel may incur customs charges which is at the sole responsibility of the receiver. 

REFUND AND EXCHANGES 

We understand that mistakes happen. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE

Include your name, order number, images and any other helpful details. Any defective or damaged item needs to be reported within 5 days after delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 7 days return policy. 

For items to qualify for a return, they must be in their original packaging and unworn and unwashed. 

ELIQ Apparel has the right to refuse a returned item that does not meet the return requirements. 

We are unable to refund the cost of the shipment. The cost of the return shipment is your sole responsibility. 

We issue all exchanges in the form of store credit for future purchases. You can then use this credit to purchase the desired item.

Please allow 1-3 business days to issue your refund after receiving your return. The amount can take up to 10 days or one billing cycle to appear on your card. This timeframe depends on your card issuer. 

By logging into your ELIQ account, you can view the status of your return, and we will be communicating with you via email as well.
