The safety of our staff and customers is our top priority. We are handling all of our orders with safety measures in accordance with Federal and Provincial regulations.

CAN I STILL MAKE AN ORDER ONLINE?

We're open 24/7 online, allowing you to shop from the comfort of your home. While we focus on keeping our customers and team safe, we're enhancing our safety measures at our distribution, such as limiting the number of people, resulting in slight delays. 

WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE YOU TAKING ? 

We’re committed to giving you the online experience you know and love while practicing physical distancing and prioritizing our customers’ and employees’ health and safety.

We’re putting health and safety measures into place, including:

  • Only staff wearing masks that cover their nose and mouth can handle your product.
  • Our team will be wearing face coverings and have daily health screenings.
  • High touch surfaces will be thoroughly as part of our enhanced daily sanitizing.
  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available to our staff.
  • We’re ensuring physical distancing by keeping 6ft of distance between staff.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately after placing your order. Keep in mind; our team cannot guarantee a cancellation once you've placed your order. We're unable to edit or make changes to orders.

CAN I USE PAYPAL TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept Paypal and major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. 

HAVE THE SHIPPING TIMES FOR ONLINE ORDERS CHANGED?

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and get it on its way to you. Due to high volume and measures to keep people and communities safe, Canada Post is experiencing delivery delays across the country. 

MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED BUT BUT IT'S DELAYED.

Canada Post is processing and delivering high volumes of parcels and has implemented safety measures to ensure the health and safety of their customers and staff. This is causing delivery delays across the country. Please monitor your order status on the My Account section regularly.

CAN I EDIT THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER 

Once an order is placed, we're unable to edit the address or make changes.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN? 

We're processing returns within 1-3 business days once your return reaches our warehouse.
